I rolled out of bed saturday morning, expecting it to be the usual do laundry, run errands and be a lazy bum sort of day.
So I'm brushing my teeth , and Dave comes up to me...
Dave: Hey you wanna go to Santa Barbara for the day?

me: Whaaaa???? (I practically choked on my tooth brush!....Hey! cut me some slack I was still half asleep)

Dave: Uhm so is that a yes? (he laughed at me I'll have u know)

Me: YESSS GODS YES! lol
I love Dave! He's the Best!

So I tossed on some clothes, flipflops and my sunglasses and we were off! We drove up the coast. It's SOOOOO pretty!!!!
We haven't done anything fun like that in ages it seems. Between Dave working late hours and me being sick and such, we haven't really had alot of time alone to just goof off and have fun together.
We walked along the beach and shopped and stopped by the Mission. I took loads of pictures of the mission's rose garden, but only a few turned out decent *pout* Someday I hope to get a better camera. I've had it for a few years now. Back when Digicams were just starting to become a bit more afforable. But other than that, it was a wonderful day!!! I had so much fun! We saw Steamboy. It was really good!

I really enjoyed kicking it in Santa Barbara. If it wasn't so expensive I'd soooo live there!

On Sunday Lor came over for movie side and dinner. Dave made broccoli beef and Teriaki chicken skewers! Mmmmm yum! I made herbed cream cheese wontons! Heaven in every bite! We watched Cellular It was entertaining. There were some very funny parts
